Winning the contract against two other contractors, Acorn evaluated an existing office space and suite of executive perimeter offices and designed a concept for the area. The initial proposals included 3D drawings and a walk through animated design. Acorn were chosen for the quality of their design and provision of a complete solution.
After a complete strip out of existing walls, flooring, ceilings, lighting, electrics, data, air conditioning and ventilation, an entire new suite of two large open plan walk-in offices for 50 people, plus 12 new individual offices and four refurbished perimeter offices were created, as well as a new reception area, meeting room, new services, new furniture and seating.
